I had an amazing stay at this hotel, especially with the stunning balcony views of the water and Mt Etna. The peaceful nights and free room upgrade added to the experience. The staff's humor and constant hospitality made my trip even better.

Waking up to a balcony overlooking the water and Mt Etna was truly breathtaking every morning. The upgraded room on the higher floors was a bonus for sure. The quiet atmosphere at night ensured a peaceful night's sleep.

The staff here is beyond friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. From the bar team to the helpful individuals at the reception, their attentiveness and kindness were outstanding.

The hotel offers comfortable rooms kept very clean and free WIFI at the front, with a great shower room. The service is friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. The location is close to the beach and in one of the best districts, although it may not suit everyone's taste. The dining experience provides a variety of options for different preferences. Overall, a good value for the price paid.

The rooms are a good size, kept very clean, and the bed is large. The newer bathroom and good AC add to the comfort, despite the need to walk up one flight of stairs after using the elevator.
